Property tax records show this 7-acre homestead in rural Twiggs County, Georgia was built in the 1920s. The owner, a widow in her 80s, died at the residence in 2001. She left behind seven children, ten grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. One of the seven children inherited the property, who resided in the home until approximately 2016. The home appears to have been left vacant ever since. Within the unassuming three-bedroom, two-bathroom house spanning 2,400 square feet, it seems as though time has stood still since the 1990s. Given the size of the family, it’s unsurprising that they transformed the dining room into a bedroom and allocated multiple beds to some bedrooms. Years of neglect have resulted in the house falling into disrepair. Parts of the roof have given way, leaving the interior vulnerable to the elements.

No more use for this home. Time for it to be totally demolished. It seems the daughter who inherited it didn’t take very good care of it.

I’m sorry you are sore about my comment. Looking at this home, it’s obvious that it’s seriously falling apart and is of no more use. But you’re more than welcome to go live there if the rot, decay, the nastiness and filth suits you.

Optimistic, I said what I said as I’m entitled to my own opinion. We can agree to disagree, so stop being a bitter bug about my opinion and go get a life or kick rocks. You’re making this into something that’s unnecessary instead of accepting it as an opinion. Whether you disagree with it or not, I really could care less. Again, I said what I said…. now go take up a hobby and chill out.
